I'm having a problem with new skyworth binge devices. The first one was purchased from Takelot in December. Towards the end of January it lost connection with the remote. The device was then returned and replaced with a new one. Tried to set it up and the remote is not connecting so went through the same process and returned it and got a new one and it is doing the exact same thing. Is there any way to contact a support rep or somebody besides having the device returned to Takealot? Or are there any tricks to get the remote working?
