Skyworth Box

Please advise, I've got a Skyworth Android box, it opens on the main menu, but all of a sudden if I want select programs it says "oops no internet connection", when I go to settings it shows that my WI FI I connected, tried everything, will go further than main menu

I have now renamed my box back TO HPA02, this is what it shows and will not react to the remote
