I havent been getting enough sleep during the past week or so and yesterday is couldnt sleep at all until now, i'm at work now and i feel like a zombie.

I dont have stress or anything serious that i worry about so i dont know what coursing this.

please any advice would help

Whack one out before you go to bed...
 
Eating too late at night.
Sometimes you think you don't stress but there maybe something in the back of your mind you do stress about.
Also don't stimulate your brain, with games, puzzles or exiting TV programs just before going to sleep.

If I cannot sleep which is a lot, I imagine a black space with a white dot in the middle, and concentrate on the dot. Works awesome.

Stelletto, just be patient. Your brain will soon sort itself out and go back to normal. Just make the time and effort to be available for sleep at a decent hour and your body will do the rest. And don't worry there is no long term damage from a few nights of lack of sleep.
 
OP, do you exercise regularly?

Smoke cigarettes?

Drink caffeine?

These things can make a huge difference (as in do the exercise, and ditch the others).
 
Dorminoct 1mg, half the pill and you will sleep. Bare in mind you may become addicted to them and need to move from half mg to 1mg then 2mg then two x 2mg and so on but it takes years for that is happen.
