Sli Graphics

I've got a Asus P8Z68 motherboard with a Gigabyte 460 Gtx. My brother gave me an perfectly working Gigabyte 8600 gt. Can they be put in Sli, or will it break something?

Can I mix and match graphics cards that have different GPUs?

No. For example, an XXXGT cannot be paired with a XXXGTX in an SLI configuration.

you can run the 8600gt as physx

though the 8600gt is tad slow for physx
