Sli help

So i took apart my miner and i have a few extra cards for a nice pc build. So i started this week but the SLI is boggling me because i never did it before. I thought ill use 2 cards in sli but i cant see where the sli bridge goes on so i supose the card cant do sli. Its the gigabyte rx580 8 gig gaming card. Now what is the difference between plugging them in without a bridge like when u mining u still pick up 2 cards and then sli bridge?

Amd card do crossfire and not SLI(Nvidia).

There is no bridge, the cards communicate via XDMA over the PCI-E bus.

You enable crossfire in the amd settings/control panel app, you can enable it globally for all 3d apps or on a per app basis.

crossfire & sli work well in limited games, it generally sucks. You are better off with a single high powered gpu.
