I am with Telkom ADSL and Telkom ISP and the internet is almost unusable. 0,3 download speed and 0,01 upload tested. That is if you care to wait a minute for Speedtest to open. I call BS

Sounds like you have a line problem contact them to send a techie out to your place ASAP.

So how does he explain what happens when I change my ADSL login to Guest@telkom, then use the speedtest on the SAIX website, and it stays slow; except then it speeds up dramatically during off-peak hours (after 22:00 or so).
And that these problems always recur soon after adsl line speed upgrades?
