Slow DSL experience

So I've been getting appaling DSL service over the last 2months, like intermittent service levels, one moment im getting the full 2meg line low latency experience, the next I'm getting no more than 1meg performance with high latency coupled with buffering 240p streams

I ran some speedtests today with a couple of Trial accounts

This test was done on my premium uncapped 2meg MWEB acc (which ive put in a request to cancel for bad service)

In the past my line was great, could stream 720p day and night, gaming was lag free, and I got good service from my ISP. now its the exact opposite. I can't even stream 240p, in CS:GO i get 2minute long lag spikes which make my ping go up to 300, and MWEBs customer service has let me down greatly.

Yeah sometimes my tracerts looks very bad sometimes they look fine. as I said, Its touch and go. sometimes its average (usable) othertimes like now its rubbish but my tracerts look ok though

Good Day CrazYmonkey, you spoke to me on the 12th and you provided me trace routes to bbc and mweb.

The trace routes showed latency of over 3000ms on the 2nd hop.

I asked you to verify with Telkom whether there is any congestion at your exchange. Did you manage to liaise with them?
