Yup, in Durban too. 1mpbs every day.

I thought Stellenbosh is sorted with rain … was one of the first areas to get 5g towers … plus the main guys like the CEO or the Bosses stays that side … it’s weird finding out that they have a problem

Geez … still no 5g that side ? I can imagine how we want better internet if LTE is better than 3G or 2g …

Already using that. Band 38. Their network is rammed on all bands. Just depends how many people are connected to a particular cell/tower. They do not control this.

Lol … his chilled … he can see to try the 2600 band as well … unfortunately in our area there isn’t any towers with those bands … if so they to far …

@jbroo no prob, at least you are keeping the tread alive @Kiemo i tried 2600 band, with and without directional antennae, my guess is their network is saturated !!!!!

I didn't even know we had rain 5g in Stellenbosch. I was on rain for quite some time, and I didn't have problems for most of that time, But then towards the end of last year it just went downhill. Became almost unusable most of the time. There was a time when I was happy to just get at least 1mbps. I cancelled in January and got adsl. Slowish speed at 5 mbps, but it's consistently 5. The worst it gets is down to about 4.
