Slow Google Service

The problem lies with chrome. Chrome uses a experimental protocol guic this causes issues on some networks. To disable: Navigate to chrome://flags/ and disable quic protocol

I don't think that this is entirely the problem. I used other web browsers and got the same results last night. I believe that it may be due to chrome using Google's Ajax API to log user requests before visiting any site with the quic protocol, so Google and YouTube would likely still be slow.

The network is not the problem and neither are browsers. Google itself works perfectly fine for me but when I click a redirect link it takes as long as 20 seconds to work. This is too consistent of a specific problem to be a network fault.

made no difference for me, any one have any other solutions.

Experiencing extremely slow speeds to Google services from Mweb at the moment. Only google services. It's been on and off like this for weeks now. Why only Mweb? Seems like they are obviously shaping Google's QUIC UDP ports? Time to drop Mweb for our DSL ISP needs, methinks

also on mweb. Hoping 123net will be up and running for me in the next month so no need for them then.

I experienced slow google services but it's all fine now though, don't think it's related to me switching to Palemoon browser.
