every 5th or 6th refresh seems to get a page loaded...otherwise dead as a doornail...

I guess when you turn manual proxy off, SAIX picks one of their many transparently for you, based on your IP. However you can still choose one manually, and maybe the one they were picking for us is broken???

Yup, international line more or less down ... has been as from yesterday. Lots of fun looking at which site first gives me a "response too long" message - must be the qualification matches for 2010 ....
