Slow internet East Rand

Anybody experiencing slow internet in East Rand(Kempton Park) area ? I'm getting like 1KB/s - 5KB/s

On Telkom ADSL in Krugersdorp and all day long both int and local so slow that I want to blow up a few Telkom offices in the vain hope to wake them up.
