slow IS int, fast local...

any one else having slow int speeds and fast local ?

seems to be happening from yesterday somewhere...

The major degradation of the IS International ADSL Service has been resolved. Service has been restored. Faulty fibre cable between IS router and Transtel equipment replaced.
