slow mail

Anybody else experiencing unusually slow email today.
Browsing quick but both sending (on saix) and receiving (from mweb) unusually slow this am - used to slow Monday mornings but this more so than usual

Can't say I'm experiencing slowness at work, we are using IS though.
At home, I was downloading / uploading (SAIX) pretty fast.

it's a regular Monday am thing (sometimes other mornings as well) when the smtp and pop servers at saix and mweb seem to get a bit overloaded.
This morning a bit slower than that...
