Slow SAIX yet AGAIN!

Anyone else having this issue?
PS: This is on a 1024 k line, as for reasons I don’t understand (or Telkom for that matter) my line can’t sync at 4096 anymore

I did find this though but then time now is 1:30 so surely it won't apply?

mines is slow as well, was wondering why. Maintenance schedule probably wrong
