Slowest ADSL ever?

Guybrush, when i phoned the first day, i said "is there something wrong with my exchange".. lol u can guess the answer to that.. so basically for 3/4 days now, ive been telling them something is wrong, and they've ignored me.. i suppose it takes more then 2 ppl complaining for something to be done
 
just phoned telkom again, now they saying a few exchanges in the sunninghill rivonia, woodmead area are down and have been since yesterday, i phones yesterday? they told me to restart my router ROFL...
 
yup... its crazy. when I said that I couldn't d/l email or browse pages, they immediately said I must speak to my ISP... so I probably called telkom 5/6 times in the last 2 days trying to reason with them. I just hope that they fix the friggin issue asap.
 
LOL yeah 'Please unplug your modem' Sure pal, like I didn't try that a hundred times hoping in vain that it would sort the problem out...
 
to be honest, this is pathetic, how much longer must we wait? we wont be refunded for downtime either.. complete BS
