I have been running ping's to co.za & Yahoo to see if the prob sits on my line, co.za runs at 14ms no packet loss choke etc. To Yahoo I have 14% packet loss and occasional spikes in latency. If possible could a MWeb support engineer PM me to help resolve this issue cos clearly it has nothing to do with my line. I also phone Telkom this morning and got them to reset my port, I can supply tracert's and pings if you need them.

its on MWeb side...I have a WA backup account, and its 100% fine atm. I just played WoW with 200ms latency on it. It was impossible to play on the MWeb account. see my post in gaming thread.
