I'm with Stemconnect - they are on the expensive side, but seem to be more consistent in their latencies and speeds. both local and international.

A google search shows a 4,1 score from 7 Google reviews

I updated the list, and populated the rest of the HelloPeter columns. Providers with very few reviews ( < 10 ) probably need to be excluded at some point.

Archaic customer service, and then if you dare complain about it online, they will outright cancel your service. Some of Their responses on to Google reviews and hello Peter complaints are seriously concerning.

I recently moved into an estate where they unfortunately are the only game in town. Their infrastructure is installed into my home, but after seeing their responses to complaints, I will stick to an uncapped LTE connection rather while waiting for another fibre provider to build over them…. Some of those replies from Cape Connect literally left my jaw hanging on the ground.

Best of all is they make a point of mentioning how they are a member of Unashamedly Ethical…. Not sure how ethical their treatment of unsatisfied customers is.

Interesting - went to go read a bit about Unashamedly Ethical. Something different, not sure I totally get their idea, but nice to know about the initiative.
