Smaller ISPs have happier customers – Study

So this is MyBroadband reporting that BetaNews reported that Cable.co.uk reported that smaller ISPs have happier customers?

Makes sense as the smaller ISPs actually care about every individual while the big guys don't.

The more of something you have, the less each one means.

The problem is that small ISP's don't usually own or control the networks they're reselling access too and are completely at the mercy of their upstream providers.

Users accept network problems, it's when ISPs don't answer the phones, give ****ty support etc, that they get annoyed.
