Smallest LAMP distro

does anyone know of a tiny distro of linux that is setup purely as a lamp Servier.. I want to be able to set it up in a Vm and use it to run on of our web processes

Not really (don't know what LAMP is or how big it should be but, have you tried here:

Or maybe google for a LAMP appliance, I tried but only found furniture....

LAMP on an Virtual Machine (Windows host PC??).

Have you considered a WAMP setup.

I did search .. most of them around 400meg.. was wonering if there was smaller..
probally gonna run ubuntu LAMP in VM

The reason for VM in Linux is I am going to be running it on my machine but eventually moving it to a server and I don't want to add to the cost of the server.

How about some "juice" lovin' that weighs in at around 101meg for the 8.04.2 ISO? ..and yes, with that numbering schema, you're right about who that means. Note, I didn't see anything about the "AMP" parts, this is only for the "L", but it's a decent start, non?
