It's going to be funny to see this company evolve. In my opinion I think it's going to be a bugger up, like all state run companies. Just going to sit back and watch these clowns go to work :D

So her brother is top ANC person/policy co-ordinator in presidency.

And she is the head of this new dept charged with overseaing lots of stuff.

Seems fishy when family is all involved in top level government.

Examples: Zumas - ANC dude and ex as minister
Bush - Dad, ex-prez; son 1, president; son 2, governor (Florida)

there are others but this is my short list.

Not much cyber traffic to monitor thank to gov anyways. Her notion of what could happen is flawed, our control systems aint that good due to telecom costs, we improving yes but what she describes is over hyped + 1st world control systems that comes with cheap telecoms.
 
methinks that the attention given to this matter by the Govt. is being TOTALLY underestimated.
