I recently bought a Sinotec 50" Smart TV and i have Installed the "DSTV Now" APK on the TV. i get an Error "Unsupported/Rooted Device". I have learnt that the Device is rooted because of DRM(Digital Rights Management) issues.I did some research and i have established that there is a way to unroot your Device so that i can be able to watch on my Smart TV. The solution i was given is complicated and needs you to re-configure your TV installation settings.
Questions:
1. Is there anyone with a workaround on this without suggesting that i must buy an android Box?
2. is this Legal? am I allowed to Watch DSTV now on my Smart TV?
