smartphone antivirus software

any suggestions would be appreciated, i just wanted to know if mobile antivirus is really neccessary, i managed to get hold of a w960i the other day, its OS is symbian...dunno if i need antivirus seeing its a smartphone and all...any suggestions on what to use (if its needed)? not really keen on paying for anything haha but hey i know nothings free so ya

When i purchased KAV 7 it also came with a free AV for PDA.
Never tryed it tho.
So Kaspersky also do have.
