Vodacom has reported an 18.4% increase in data revenue, driven by more smartphones on the network and more data being used by smartphone owners

It probably has nothing remotely to do at all with the fact that they increased entry level data allowances up from a pathetic 50MB.

This could be the result of the Flexi 50 coming with 250mb of data. 500mb is the sweet spot for Joe average hence why many would stay with Afrihost.

I use so much I've increased my Data bundle to 5GB. I much rather listen to streaming music than local radio. Now if only they added realtime traffic reports it would be perfect.

You know? - there is actually a market for that - a optional audio traffic or news report on your streaming service like Rdio.

If that would last like 6 month, that 20 Gig for that price I would climb in the car tomorrow and get it.
Although if it was available via USSD, I would be sorted.
