Hiya! Could someone please explain the difference between a SmartPhone & PDA please?

I've been to Wiki & checked out the respective links but I dont seem to see or understand what differences, if any there are between the two.

I'm trying to compare the HTC-S730 which is labled as a SmartPhone & the HTC-TyTN II which is labled as a PDA.

Thanks!

According to the Windows Mobile rules, a smartphone is a device that doesn't have a touch screen...so the only way of navigating is via the keypad/keyboard. A PDA also known as a pocket PC has a touch screen, and hence you can navigate using the stylus and keyboard!

The original poster mentioned the Tytn II is labeled a PDA. I think these days, more and more PDA type devices have phones in them.

Cool thanks for the info guys! Its cleared up a few things for me. :D
