I am about to move into a complex where SmartVillage is the only provider. So here is my question

1. Where do you get prices for SV (Nothing on their website)
2. Have they open their network to other ISP as promised ? (http://mybroadband.co.za/news/telecoms/78230-smart-village-ftth-network-opened-to-isps.html)
3. Has their service improved ?

2. No it's not an open network
