Smash my iBurst

Since I cancelled by iBurst a year ago, I'm just wondering....are they still on 1Mbps?

My Vodacom HSDPA modem is 'bursting' at 2.8Mbps.... :)

hehe....so glad I cancelled my contract with them!!

Very happy with Vodacom HSPDA and my Hauwei E220 modem. :)

online direct has to be the most useless provider ever, i had endless issues with those people.

Yeah back to the topic....How is this for F&*^*D up, I have cancelled my month to month with iBurst and "SHOULD" end on the 30th June; this has been confirmed by management. But now I don’t receive my daily usage reports anymore AND I can’t even log into my account on the iBurp website. . . . SO basically that means that I have data left for the month but i don’t know how much which means that if I possibly went over my usage, then what?? I assume I am then in debit to iburst and thus my month to month actually won’t be over.

This is also all depending on if I am on the PPU rubbish, but everyone was automatically moved to PPU am i right?

@Grimspoon, your best bet is to write it off and not use your iburst modem anymore as you could find that your cancellation has now been canceled and you will have to go through the whole process again.
Remember you are dealing with idiots here who will try everything to get as much money out of you as they can.

If you had kept track of your usage for the month with BWMeter or another bandwidth monitor you'd know exactly how much you've used so far and then you can make sure you do not exceed the monthly limit.

MrH - I hear you loud and clear. I do have a usage report from about 1 week ago, so I will go against that and make sure I stop using it with a few hundred megs to spare. Dont want to take no chances!
