How many of you have used a nicotine patch on a flight?

and how effective has it been?

you can't hold the need for a smoke for a couple of hours?

nope..not even when i'm asleep..before the patch..used to wake up every hour or so to smoke..now with the patch..getting some sleep.

So did I, but I use e-cigs and snuff. I'm addicted to nicotine and whatever MAOI is in the tobacco it's more than nicotine we are addicted to... I can't just "quit" but I have quit smoking cigarettes.
