Who here uses smooth ping and would u say its a gd idea to pay R130 for 6 month subscription do it on special at the moment
 
awesome till blizz decides to suspend you for a while...
 
These tunneling services are causing lots of accounts to be hit with a 72 hour suspension im afraid. Its sad, cause its the best way to reduce your latency, but the ip's jump to much and the banhammer comes down.

Vertigosa is right. I got banned for using gamemax and so did a mate of mine the same night. I took all the precautions not connecting with the proxy and then without it etc not changing proxy servers quickly (gamemax has 3 servers available)

The email i received stipulated a "permanent suspension" of my WoW account for online currency trading not just a 72hr ban and i have had no previous bans or warnings.

I got the ban lifted after a week of emails etc proving i was using a Proxy service. I spoke to a GM in game and was told it can and would probably happen again. They wont support proxies because of the abuse from the gold farmers/sellers using them.

Needless to say i've stopped using gamemax which was reportedly one of the proxies with a lower chance of getting suspended.

It really was not worth the effort, the latency was better but in the end i missed a week of gaming and i paid for it :(
