Tried to purchase some SMS Bundles on my Business Top Up 500S contract via *111# but the option is not available. So I called 111 to enquire. Initially I was told that I need to log on to my Voda4Me account and do it from there. I did exactly as I was told - but the only problem is that the option to buy SMS bundles was still not available.
So, I called 111 again, this time around they told me straight that It Cant be done via Top Up packages!!! The only option is to subscribe to SMS bundles, which require my company to send a letter, etc etc etc. Mind you, I just want to buy them whenever I need them, not a "permanent commitment" like this one.
So, I just wanted to know from my well informed
forumites, is this true that I cant get them on Top Up packages?
