SMS from Iburst?

I honestly think this entire thing was a storm in a tea cup. When I recieve a SMS for a account i know is fully paid I just ignore it.
One cannot simply ignore items or bills that you know are in error. You may end up getting blacklisted or receive a summons.
Best to respond immediately.

Jannie & Shaun has demonstrated that they are willing to address any issue and I must applaude you guys.
