SMTP problems and no response from WBS

I am having problems with the wbs smtp server when I am sending 5+ emails within a minute or so. I don't care what is wrong with their server. I have a paid for SMTP server that I have been using for more than 5 years without a problem but now that server is blocked.

I am now “GATVOL” for WBS. :mad: :mad: :mad: They do not respond to my e-mail, NOTHING!!!! I have spoken time after time with the help desk. Response: “Someone will phone you back” Well clearly someone is dead!!

They take away a service from me and then their replacement doesn't work. :eek:

WBS catch a wake up!!!! Stop braking things that worked and start fixing them rather.

Shaun Green, you know how I am (check you e-mail box) Please sort this out.

I received your e-mail Thursday night and forwarded it on to the project engineer for action on Friday. I will follow up on Monday for you.

This is settings on they SMTP server against spammers.

Time to time i have to forward mail from my one account to another. Same siht!
 
Update

I have received an email on Sunday 31 July at 13:23 to say that it was forwarded to the relevant people.

No response since then.
 
No Response

I have had not positive out come yet. Shaun Green replies very quickly and he forwards the request to the relevant people but after that, no response.

It has been a week now yet nothing.

Secondly, this is not the first time I have tried to complain about this problem.
 
Hello - Wbs Wake Up!!!

It is now more than two weeks and no response.

The service from WBS-IBurst is now more pathetic than Telkom. Now that is BAD!!!!

LCE, I have no idea where you are from, but if they have still not got back to you in two weeks maybe it is time to pay them a personal visit.

As for Shaun Green, it means nothing to forward messages to people who have absolutely no decency to reply.

WBS need to catch a serious wakeup!
 
More that just bad service

It is now a month since my first e-mail to WBS. I have followed up every week.

THE SERVICE FROM IBURST IS MORE THAN JUST SHOCKING!!!!!
