Is there a "universal" server one can use?

I'm on the Vcom contract, but when I'm at work & home I make use of either Afrihost or Telkom Mobile Wifi.

All three have diff smtp settings for sending mail, and I can't change that every time.

What is the work around this?

Use your mail provider's own SMTP server instead of your network's, that will solve your problem.
