SNOM repairs

Hi Guys

Anyone know where I can take a Snom conference VOIP phone for repairs. The unit is out of warranty and the original sellers are long gone. Our regular suppliers are saying they only repair units sold by them, even though we are willing to pay for the repairs (idiots).

Any help would be appreciated.
