try the following keys...
CTRL, ALT, Space, Z, X

the defaults should be around there. this is also assuming you are playing as player 1

Are you playing it on MAME? If so, pressing TAB will bring up an options menu where you can redefine the keys.

Yup, it is MAME, but when I press TAB it doesn't give me the option for jump just up which I did allocate.

On default settings left alt is jump (well at least on my pc)
