1. We couldn't your name in our existing client database and that would explain why you haven't had a reply yet. We prioritise support tickets from our existing clients.

2. We don't have record of what you used. Safe to say we only use RouterBoards now and a few years ago (probably about 3 or more) we used to use Senao.

3. If it's an urgent matter I suggest you use the phone. We make that clear in our support area.
