Assembly Instructions:

1. Add 100ml tap water to supplied ingredients
2. Freeze to make Snowman Building Cement (SBC)
3. Crush SBC into a fine powdery substance. Do NOT sniff. Keep out of reach of drug addicted children.
4. Add water to SBC so that the SBC-to-water ratio is 5:1
5. Mix thoroughly keeping SBC-water mixture between -10 and -20 degrees celcius.

Your mixture is now ready to start building.
