It's not often that I am moved to emotion - but I am so happy I could cry.

Did you perhaps complain about the service ? I remember talking about a month ago, and you were only getting 2 bars, if not mistaken.

I actually did not complain - it was on my list of things to do But Neotel must have done something because I am getting 4 bars consistently throughout the house - before I was getting very bad download speeds in my study and now it's as good as the other rooms.
