I am not interested using 8ta anymore because of their
poor service and horrible product quality.

Is there anybody that knows how i can get my money
back in this situation, i think i would rather go with Cell C for now.
Will the new consumer laws cover me in this situation?

Are you a prepaid or contract customer? If you are the latter you will have to pay them in order to get out of the contract.

I am unfortunately a contract customer.

No, there has to be another way.
I am going to look at the consumer protection act.
I did also have a look the 8ta terms and i know that they mention that
the experience of the service might changed but when you say that the experience
might change i dont think it means that my internet is supposed to become absolutely useless.

I also want to know what the problem, why have i not been able to you
my internet now for the 4th day in a row for what it was intended to be used for.

8ta out - check
iBurst out - check
Telkom out - check
MTN out - check
Voda out - check
Amobia out - Looked at their products and seemed expensive - check
CellC - still has a chance (if the special is still around)

Sad to be in SA. All I need is 5GB p/m for R150 max at reasonable speed.
