So I finally got it

After 5 weeks of farming shards, and plenty of jealous guildies whispering me, I finally finished the quest to receive Shadowmourne. Now all that is left is to kill the big guy with it and recieve my new deathcharger, tabard and other goodies

we have 2 raids going atm, and our 4th warrior got his last week.

I believe attendance is directly equivalent to shards needed. Our warriors would never miss a raid, once they got the legendary, no warriors ever online
