The flash site is really cool, but loads a bit slow

It looks fine, but for the record, your layout (ie gallery, news, etc) needs some redesign. Your viewable area is far to small. I have to strain my eyes to read comfortably. You could try moving it to the left ( at around 25%) and increasing the size to more or less 300x300px.

Get yourself another flash loading script or whatever you want to call it, when the flash loads. A neat loading bar that only shows 0-99% once, instead of part(2), part(3), etc.

But otherwise it's pretty nice. Your menu, although a little too flashy, is nice. Slow it down a little if you can, then it'll be just right.

That depends on what your target market is. I know my PC at work would die if I went to your flash site

What you could do is have a non flash "welcome page" that gives visitors the option of entering either the flash or non flash versions.

Chelsea FC's official website is like that.
