I am so sad to announce that I'm living MTN after sixteen years of good service and up and downs,MTN has literally refused to provide a decent coverage in my area,Hundreds of calls to your coverage desk and Emmanuel Mafa was just time wasted,Vodacom here I come!,What's the best option,let my contract run the two months left or to port??

I know Emmanuel deals with fairly rural areas, I know because i used to deal with the Northwest-West area, and i can tell you that it's not all as cut and dry when it comes to fixing issues unfortunately- the rural areas really don't get as much love as the metros when it comes to handing out funds...
I'm sorry to see you go, but Emmanuel is actually one of the most competent network guys I know, if he couldnt help you, then there's not much i could do
