From what I understand, you are not supposed to judge anyone, you arrive at the scene, you treat the patient (being as nice as possible) and then take them to hospital - afterwards, they can be as snotty and rude as they want.

Having said that, I've seen paramedics get very irratated with people who are drunk and such - they give what they get hey!
If you fight then from treating you, they will have to restrain you.

Would be nice if that was the case. I had a situation in a flat in Hillbrow where a woamn had been stabbed (with a pen knife) in the back. She was lying face down and had pulled her top up. The paramedic was quite keen to get her to turn over despite her telling him where she had been stabbed. He was trying to check out her front. For wounds, he said. To perve more like, I said.

Not true. They need patient consent. Implied consent is a murky area. If you dont have a nitrous bottle on board, I'm waiting for an ambulance to come, that does.
