So Vox called wanted to find out if the service i have(100/100 - Vumatel) is in good order and if i have any complaints…

I have no complaints really, except for the fact that when doing speed tests, connected via Ethernet i never get 100mb down or up. So I had the gentleman escalate the matter to his manager who i will get to escalate to their Net Ops teams.

As a survey or whatever, if everyone who is using Vox(Any FNO) with a line speed of over 20mb - especially those who have 100/200/500mb lines do a speed test, post your results here and I will pass this onto them and CPA/ICASA as necessary…maybe someone from MyBB could write an article about this too

Used to have Herotel as well and can confirm, their fibre has higher than average latency.
