How long after leaving your country is it acceptable to adopt your new one?

I seem to have adapted, but it didn;t take me long. Just a bit worried about how quickly you forget.

IT happens when two people (sometime even 3, but let's not go there) love each other very much and they start kissing each other... Soon the hormones kicks in and all is history...

I think you already have adopted it ;) But to adapt I would imagine at the very least a full season cycle. ie - spring, summer, autumn, winter

How long have you been there?

Nothing wrong with the UK weather. Everyone complaining just doesn't know of anything else to say about the UK. Nothing wrong with rain keeping the air clean and that nice fresh smell. I miss the UK weather tbh. SA is hot, dusty and damn dry.

The UK has great weather. But you need to be able to appreciate it.

I recall my first flight to the UK. Flying over SA it was all brown and dead. As soon as we got to see land in the UK it was green from corner to corner. It's bloody beautifull !!!!

When you stop visiting "local" sites from your old country :)

If you dont adopt your new county, then you are just a 'When-We' and are doomed to the fate of going back to S.A. complaining about the weather and trying to justify that skin cancer is a good thing.

Home is where the heart is.

+1

Damn it. I love everything about Europe and I also love everything about SA. (Crime and politics aside) I have a broken heart :D
