Dell has been listening to its customers on Twitter, they could have also used a forum too >140 characters too

Africam.com is using http://twitter.com/africam to provide webcam alerts - excellent tool for that

FB seems to be for the youngsters and for those like me getting in touch with old friends - thats all

For corporate and SME business it would be interesting to see how much time staff spend on FB ?
