If anyone knows how to get the 8ta rep to read and answer this, I would really appreciate the info

Got a 21mb/sec modem in November 2011. At the house very good - 8-9 mb/sec. But in the shop very poor - 0.3 - 0.5 mb/sec. Called 8ta 6 times, eventually they send a tech round who tells me I have a weak signal (!). We have a 21 element LAPD aerial and need to know where to point it. He does not know. Further 18 calls to 8ta and 4 emails, another tech comes around. He also does not know, and is even more clueless than the first. Since then a further 12 emails to 8ta asking for location of cell-tower relative to the shop which is in Plumstead, next to Checkers and Plumstead Station. Had one call from them on 27th Jan asking for the number of the SIM, but nothing further.

Complaining about this poor service to 8ta's call centre causes them to cut the call, they do not want to know. Went to the shop in Canal Walk on 11th Feb , the guy there does not know either. He calls someone and says they will get back to me. Nothing happened. Went there again on 27th Feb, new tech guy there, he says I must call 081183 as not his job to provide this info.
 
The heading was a typo. None of the emails bounced, as if I had made a mistake. I spoke to the call centre several times but they have no idea who responds to emails. If only I could get a phone number. As a result of my email, someone phoned but was unable to provide the info.
 
Is the 8ta rep still employed by them? I have spoken to several other people and all experience the same lack of interest
