Soft lock & split billing

I am a new employee(2months) to a corporate firm with a line allocated to me from vodacom. Talk500 i think. Company policy is to put a R100 soft lock on.

Problem: I go over my R100 limitation within a week or two due to SMS's and data. Despite having over 3000mins available i cant use the line(but thats a whole other topic i see :p) Company refuses to add a bundle to the package even if i pay for it so thats not an option.

My only option (after much quering) is to sign a split billing form where the over R100 soft locking amount gets debited directly from my personal account. This is great except they are only going to activate this for the new month - December, and i'm already locked! arg! :mad:

Can you believe that i cannot even pay in cash to rectify this. I go to vodacom with cash in hand to pay locked amount and even more(credit) but they wont do it.

Does anybody know a way around this, or to speed up the split billing activation? I just want to use this line and not a prepaid...

There is no way around it as the contract does not belong to you.

Only the person who has signatory power has the right to change
your package accompanied with company letterhead.

The split billing application was sent through the right channels and approved commencing 1dec, is there NOTHING i can do to get it to start sooner?

Hi

Vodashops wont do anything if it does not come from the right channel in your company.

You will have a designated person/s dealing with contracts, upgrades and issuing of phones e,t,c.
