Can anyone point me to the url of a telkom based website or some authority confirming that telkom isp accs are softcapped as my godparents are scared they will be billed for any usage above the threshold of 2gb - have explained they will only be billed for local above the 20gb usage threshold but they like arguing with me.

Clarify for them.

Thanks

When your shared service cap is reached~ As a TelkomInternet subscriber you have access to our unique threshold management service. This service operates as follows: should you exceed your initial individual service threshold, 1GB, 2 GB, 3 GB or 4 GB service, you will automatically be transferred into our collective threshold option. This will enable you to stay online until such time that the average usage for all our subscribers reaches the collective service threshold. The 1 GB service has no collective threshold however will allow restrictive access once capped.

right - telkomsa.net under all access - adsl - access capping details - second last point. Now I need something that says you will not be billed for that threshold - I know its free - but im having an arguement of why not eat the chips that came with your steak if you only ordered steak and theyre complimentary.
