I doubt very much that the people at Pastel intended for it to be misleading or ambiguous. Yes perhaps it could have been somewhat clearer, but it's a fairly simple thing to clear-up.
You also don't have to be too tech savvy to realise that you are seldom, if ever, going to find a software product of this nature that offers an up-to 20 user license for less than R500 per user!!!
