Software Advice - Order Tracking website

Hi guys I am looking for some software advice.

I was to replicate the process of using an online shop with my customers from an order tracking point of view. The problem is I sell a service not a product. so there are no stock levels

It I want to have a portal that allows my customer to log on and see order history. In that order history I would like my customer to be able to see
- invoices ( externally generated so effectively attachments)
- document attached to that order ( externally generated )
- status history (with emails sent on status change)
- email History
- some sort of API to interact with the system and load data
- perhaps custom field on orders ?


I have looked at Magneto and prestashop both provide these service for products but Magento has not ability to import order data and presta cannot have order attachments. I eve considered word press with each sale being a blog post with attachments

Any idea's around software I could use to do this would be great, or

Try WHMCS, (http://www.whmcs.com), it's primarily for hosting companies, but it can customised to work for any company that sells services, definitely one of the best billing systems around and you can integrate it with any number of credit card payment gateways for automatic product provisioning.

yeah only the Magento Go version, not the normal Magento
